  13.                          MS-DOS 3.0 or higher

  15.     I suggest you view or print "CISREF.DOC" (12 pages total) before
  16.     jumping in, but if you prefer to start right up, then:

  18.         Make a new directory, as follows -
  19.                 MD CISREF
  20.         Change to that directory with - CD CISREF.
  21.         Copy all unzipped files from this distribution to CISREF.
  22.  
  23.         To execute -
  24.                 CISREF        <or>        CISREF/M for monochrome
  25.  
  26.         If all the files from the distribution are available, help will
  27.         be available during program execution.  There will also be two
  28.         "Catalog" sample files available for immediate input.
